I got spanked because supposedly tried to extort money from a seller. I left neutral feedback because I had to pay $3.70 postage due. Shipping on the item was free.

When you messaged the seller about the postage due did you mention feedback in the message?

Actually, according your "neutral feedback comment" ,the postage due that you paid was $0.42 NOT $3.70

That was a different one. eBay pulled my feedback because the thought I was trying to extort the $3.70 from the seller.

Why ebay believe that you violated eBay's Feedback Extortion policy?

Did you threaten the seller to use feedback in an attempt to force him into meeting your demands?
