I haven't seen the coupon, but I did find what looks like the text of the details on another site. I notice that there does not appear to be a start time to the deal:

By using or attempting to use the redemption code for the Coupon you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
The discount value you are entitled to is set out in the Coupon. The discount applies to the total purchase price (excluding shipping, handling, and taxes and excluding any Excluded Items) for one transaction on eBay.com. Multiple items can be purchased in one transaction.
