Did you mean:

condition not specified

I'm looking at a used camera lens where the seller has not included one of the ebay approved condition options, but rather says this:

Condition:
--not specified
I have detailled description and pictures of every item for sale bellow, read it carefully, please. ... Read more

Seller goes on to list very specific item conditions.  Is this the same as selling as used or does the lack of a ebay approved condition waive buyer protections?

Here's the item: https://www.ebay.com/itm/384761024339

Re: condition not specified

There is ALWAYS buyer protection. Doesn't matter what condition the item is listed in, any buyer can always return within the 30 days with the 'not as described' reason if for some reason it is just that- not as described.

What you really should be doing is sending the seller a question to confirm. If they don't answer, don't buy. Not a seller you want to deal with that does not answer questions.

Hi @kssteve

Did you notice that the item is located in a very busy part of the world currently?  The estimated delivery dates from Slovakia are 4/4 to 4/20.  They could be longer.  Just keep that in mind when deciding to buy.
