I ordered 4 items to this buyer : think shopping. Only received a refund for one object. Never received the 4 nails polish. I would like a refund please

You need to file a case for EACH listing.

Locate the item. What is the last ESTIMATED delivery date?

International shipments often take several weeks, and ebay's estimate is very optimistic. You have 30 days past the last estimated delivery date to file an Item Not Received dispute in the RESOLUTION CENTER. Don't let that date pass.

If it is past that date, you will need to file the case in Paypal's Resolution Center, as they allow 180 days.

Does the listing include a TRACKING number? What is displayed when you click on it?

You will probably have to file not as described dispute and return the portion of the order you received in order to get a refund.  On the bright side, the seller is required to pay the return shipping.

Those are some weird answers. When multiples of an item are missing @ameliejolie1 you start an ITEM NOT RECEIVED refund request, and you needed to state the multiple quantity which you didn't receive.

In your case, you didn't receive all 4 of the 4, so you should have selected the quantity 4 when you started your refund request:

Instead, you left the quantity at the default of 1, so your seller only refunded you for 1 of the 4, and closed the case.

 I think the reason they answered the way they did is because they think the buyer received a box and some of the order was missing. If that's what happened filling a INR will not work because the seller will just upload tracking showing that it was delivered.
