You need to ask the seller, and as you know if it is no working you can use the MBG, if you have forgotten how to do that, just click on any of the other threads you have posted to get the intructions that have been given to you, good luck with it

Testing takes time and some sellers don't even know what they are selling so they just lie.  File an item not as described case in the eBay resolution center. Link at lower right of this page. You will receive a full refund.

Sure it is.  Obviously, we have no way to know how he tested it, or even if.

Downunder-61 explained to you what to do if what you received was not as described.

There was no reason for the reply you gave.

We have no idea if you know how to use the tool & test it either. It could be in fine condition.

You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. We must be cautious.
