I purchased a coffee table and the add said it was used and the price was great. No where in the listing did it say it would be damaged. The box was almost destroyed when the package was dumped on my porch and the corner was broke off the table. I contacted the seller and let her know what happened and she said "look you purchased a used item you can't expect perfect. The seller does offer returns at my expense but she did not bring that up at all she thought I should be ok with the broken table...she asked for pictures of the box and the damage and i sent them. Now I get no response from her what do I do?

Open an item not as described case. The seller will have 4 days to respond and either send you a return label (on her dime) and refund you once the table is returned to her or issue immediate refund and let you keep item as well. If after 4 days seller hasn’t responded you return to the case and ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund and you aren’t required to send the item back.

Ok that is what I will do but how long to I wait to hear back from her? It's been 24 hours since she said she needed pictures of the broken table and the box it came in. I don't want to appear not concerned about this but I also don't want to be hasty either. Do you leave negative feedback ? I try not to ever be negative, even if I am not happy because it's someone's lively hood and maybe I am having a bad day and feedback is forever pretty much. But if you don't buck up and shout it out sometimes then feedback is useless. I hope I am making sense! Thank you BTW

Go to My eBay Purchase History and click "Return this item."
If the seller doesn't send you a return label or a refund then on the 4th day go back to the case and ask eBay to step in.
