I've been having an issue for about 2 weeks. I sell a lot of auto parts, so normally I start my listings by typing in my part title, then selecting the item from the eBay catalog. This used to automatically load the Vehicle Compatibility chart for my listings. If my part wasn't in the catalog, then I could manually input the compatible vehicles myself.
Now, however, the vehicle compatibility tool is missing, and I do not have the ability to add the compatible vehicles myself. I cleared my history and tried different browsers, and computers. Nothing has helped.
Is anyone else having this problem?

Hello
have you have your compatibility chart restored .. I got the same issue yesterday .. they were gone suddenly and I called eBay and they are not aware of any problem with my account or listings .
I got 1000+ listings with compatibility and it is a headache dealing with it. 14 years of work listing by listing.

Have you noticed how ebay removes the cars you selected for that listing? try it out go and try revise the models many will say '0 available' even tho yesterday i had added all possible models for the part. This is very strange. You can make a listing today and tomorrow you will go to revise and seem models missing , keep an eye on 'models added selected' in the compatibility tool
