Tracking information

Hello

I bought item and paid promptly . I received tracking number from ebay " Easy post that parcel sent at 3 June. Till now the are is no update on tracking . I contacted ebay service support and ask for update information , but them response that I have to wait 1 month time to get refund . I don't understand why they not provide me tracking.

This is the USA eBay site -- you are in Israel.

Perhaps you should attempto to contact the seller, rather than eBay, since eBay has no control over shipping information.

Ebay customer service has no more information on the tracking of your package than you do.

It was shipped by a seller.

They gave you close to correct advice. When the time from your order exceeds the estimated delivery time specified on the listing, you can open an Ebay Money Back Guarantee claim online.
