Hello, Can anyone explain me, How to track our order's exact location?

You open the listing in your purchase history, click on the shipping and payment tab, to see what shipping service the seller uses.  Then you do an online search for that service's tracking site, and enter the tracking number.  The info there is generally more detailed than what is provided by ebay's tracking service. 

If you are buying from China you may get a tracking number for Sri Lanka's postal service. In that case there will be no updates until the package arrives in your country.

I'm not sure that precise tracking of an item is available anywhere for international shipments.  However, owing to the political & economic upheaval currently taking place in your country I doubt that you can expect to receive such information.

Sellers don't  have to  ship with tracking or provide a tracking number, although most do. Tracking is for the seller to prove delivery, it is not for the buyer to have  point to point knowledge of where your item is. There's a delivery date in your order details. Look for it when it's due.

Since your country is having a problem getting fuel to run the government they reported mail will be delivered according to priority.
