Resolution Center issues

I bought an item on Feb 20. The seller provided a tracking number indicating that the item was shipped on Feb 18, which was three days before my purchase, and delivered on Feb 22. Nothing was delivered. Seems like an easy issue to resolve this scam via eBay's Resolution Center, but every attempt to open a case ends in a message saying "This site can’t be reached. ocs.ebay.com unexpectedly closed the connection." Is anybody else having issues with the Resolution Center?

The problem with returning to Amazon is, I won’t get refunded the $23 I paid.  They only sell the $17 bottle of 1000mg.  They don’t sell the 1250mg. (which I paid $23 for).  That’s why I’ve tried to get the Seller to reply.  The only reply he sent was “let Ebay deal with it” 🙄 He’s a big Seller (over 100,000 products), so he probably knows how to mess with people and not care.  I never should have received a $1.25 postage refund…for what?  It was Free Shipping.  This guy’s just messing with me.

Unless the seller has free return shipping what does free shipping got to do with the return?

If it's not as described eBay or the seller issues you a return label, or the seller can send you return shipping costs. If that didn't happen then you ask eBay to for help.

Yes - this is very logical - however when I received this Amazon package - I opened the envelope because I did not know what Amazon was sending me - I never knew it was this Ebay Seller sending me my order (except it was the wrong item), the very next day after I placed my order.  That’s why I filed a non-received complaint.  I figured there’d been a big mix-up somewhere and did not think the Seller had sent me my order through Amazon.  I have not opened the bottle.  But I kept the label on the Amazon envelope and also the note inside saying “this is a gift”. ???  I still don’t understand what happened - only that the Seller had the Krill Oil sent to me via Amazon.  But - did he realize it was only 1000mg and not the 1250mg advertised on his site, and that it was $6 cheaper coming from Amazon (even tho I paid $24 to him)?.  Also - why did I have this “Gift” note in there?  If this is the item from the Ebay Seller, it was no gift - I paid $6 more than I paid!  What a mess up.

He’s not suspended - he’s a big Seller on Ebay with over 100,000 sales and 97% good reviews.
