What’s the point of a pre-order!?!? You pay a little extra hoping you’ll receive it before you see it being sold on other sites for a third less then what you paid!!! Heaven forbid I message asking for an update, I preordered 3 items from 3 different sellers & got the same results….no item!! “My vendor sent me the wrong item” or “I’ll let you know when I know” that’s bad for business:( oh & the 3rd seller I got no response not one message or reply got no item & no REFUND!!! I preordered prematurely!! You preordered a couple months before well to much time has past since the original purchase so eBay’s money back guarantee is no longer in effect 😞 I recommend just waiting or go straight to the source if possible:) (target/hot-topic/GameStop etc. Let’s turn that frown upside down:( 😉

Do you know the eBay Pre-sale Policy?  Pre-ordered items must be shipped by 30 days. It's against policy to sell a pre-ordered item that won't be available within 30 days.

If the item is not in stock, don’t purchase.

Hate to break it to you but the majority of "pre-order" listings on eBay are scams. eBay's money back guarantee has an expiration and after that date passes, you're out of luck completely.

if you paid with PayPal you have 180 days to file a claim there.  http://paypal.com/disputes/

If you didn't use PayPal but you paid with your credit card you can attempt a chargeback with the cc company.
