Over the past two years I have purchased two laptops and bought the warranties for each. Both Laptops failed, and I cannot get in touch with either the sellers of the warranty nor the computers. How can I punish them and get my money back??? No feedback for those four people can be negative enough

Who did you buy the warranty from? There is no warranty on most eBay purchases as the items are seen as second hand sales by the companies that made the goods.

Did you by a Square Trade Warranty? If you did that's who you would contact.
Look at your own feedback profile. I see this feedback from them:
"Thanks for buying a SquareTrade warranty. Call 877-WARRANTY if you need help!"

You can't 'punish' anyone and you can't get your money back. That money is long spent and gone.
A Warranty is issued by the manufacturer. Did you register with the MFG?
Note that most items sold on Ebay are not covered by the MFG for their warranty.
Were the items 'brand new' or 'refurbished'?

I do Tech Repair and know about this sort of issue. So the thing is there is a lot of scenarios for this, for example
These are the most common, I hope this answers your question
TL:DR: If you bought the laptop, contact the seller (Follow the flowchart above lol)

Yes, it was square trade!!! I tried over and over to get in touch with them to no avail. I'll call that number you gave me, and hope I'm still covered.....because over the past year and a half, they never replied. Thank you, crazystuff4sale, you're on point. I greatly appreciate your message.

Thank you, Panda. Yes. Squaretrade warranty. When I needed them, over the past year and a half, I get no reply. I tried everything you've suggested, all reasonable and (one would expect) the easy way to sort out any kind of mess. They never reply!!!! I do have an asus Chromebook, which likely only needs a new adapter to plug it in and charge it....however now it may no longer have online access anyhow given 3g is obselete....Thank you for your advice, however, you have been most helpful,

SquareTrade is part of Allstate. If you Google them, they have a very iffy reputation. But you also are directing your ire at the sellers of the laptops, which is very undeserved. The sellers had nothing to do with the warranty. They fulfilled their part of the bargain, which was to deliver a working laptop. You purchased a warranty from a third party that is in no way affiliated with the sellers. Your beef is with that third party.

How long as it been? How did you pay?
If you paid through PayPal you have 180 days to file a dispute. Sign up for FREE return shipping on PayPal before you file.
If you paid with a card dispute the charge with your card provider.

The only dispute to file would be the amount paid to SquareTrade. The sellers delivered working laptops, so they were as described. Beyond that, eBay, Paypal, and I would presume card issuers consider it to be a warranty issue.

There are more trusted sites on the internet. I suggest you always buy only from trusted sites. Some are famous worldwide sites—the best places to buy any product.
I hope you will find the best platforms.
