Look at the screen shot, there are no payment options listed.
To be covered by the MBG, the listing has to offer an approved payment type.

Just noticed, it was happening to me. However disappeared once I offered 30 day returns for the clothes & shoes only, with me paying return shipping. No returns on collectibles.
