If I want to return any item, how to do that?

If you want to return an item you can either click on contact seller next to the order in your myebay summary or you can do it through the resolution center. If the item is being returned for an item not as decribed reason such as: "Doesn't match description", "Arrived broken", or "Not working or Defective", then the seller is required to provide you with a return shipping label. For buyer remorse reasons you need to read the sellers terms, some pay for shipping and some the buyer pays for return shipping.

One more thing, If the buyer states in the listing "NO returns", they can refuse any remorse return, but you can always return any item to any seller for an "item not as described" reason, it doesn't matter what the seller says, it's an ebay policy.

Go to your Purchase History page and start by clicking the big, blue 'Return this item' button to the right of the purchase. From there, just follow the bouncing ball. Good luck.
