How can I view the original listing of an item after I receive it when the description seems different from what I remember. When I pull it up on my watchlist it just disappears after a second & I can't get the info I need.
For some reason these details cannot be obtained via the eBay app but they can from the eBay website. So check your listing via the website and not the app and it will be there. If you need the photos for confirmation then do a SCREEN PRINT and save the photos as jpgs (my preferred method) and save them in a separate folder for reference. And don't forget the listing itself including description. All SCREEN PRINTs will be date and time stamped so do it at the time. If the seller changes the listing description AFTER your purchase you might not have a leg to stand on.
