Hello,
i havnt sold on ebay in a while and it seems u cant get ahold of customer service and talk to a real person, i cant even chat with a real person thats ridiculous.
ANYWAYS
I got a situation with a seller he sent me 2 separate packages, a couple glass items, 1 broke and one was ok, but i had to pay 31$ to get each package out so basically 62$ i had to pay for unpaid postage??? This should have went back on the SELLER right? Anyways he sent me a return on both but theres no option for refunds on unpaid postage?
HOW CAN I GET MY $ BACK FOR THE BROKEN ITEM AND THE 62$ I HAD TO SPEND ON POSTAGE
PLEASE HELP

i'm confused on the shipping because I mailed then indivialy and bought 6 different t shipping labels 2 for one before I shipped from ebay then 2 more again. And then 2 more for the returns. I don't know why they charged yoh as well
Hey @bwwabbit . That seller's got a steep learning curve ahead from shipping to learning what items are (and aren't) permitted to be sold here.
The seller sent you 2 boxes, yes? If there were 2 boxes then 4 shipping labels does not make sense. Did the seller tape 2 shipping labels to each box? If so, the seller royally screwed up and has no clue what they're doing.
Let's look at what matters right now:
- Were you already refunded in full for the 2 purchases? If the answer is yes then there's nothing left to do here. You got a full refund plus one non-broken item that cost you what you paid for postage due and you don't have to return anything. Sounds like you're more or less breaking even with postage due on par with the cost of one item. The seller's at a loss for their errors and you're out nothing.
- Were you not refunded yet? Do you have open returns filed through eBay and is your refund pending the return of these items? If that's the case, come back for more help.

Its for tobacco use
it shows right here in the PIC that 2 separate packages need to be returned in order to get both 84$ refunds
How is that supposed to happen if im only sending 1 back.
1.How do i fix this so that i can send one package so that they showed up as being shipped so i can get my refunds???
it also shows in the pic that there is a 2nd package still on its way?
2.and how do i fix the message saying that there’s another package on the way when there isn’t???

OMG! I have such a headache!
Without going back through the thread, I think I recall that you said you already got full refunds for both items.
If that's correct, you really don't have to do anything.
However if you have a shipping label for a return, use it to return the broken item. If you don't use the second label, the seller won't be charged for it.

If the seller's return policy have write out that the return cost is charged from buyer, and both of you do not get the return cost agreement ,the buyer will undertake the return cost when it is returned according to the policy

I never got full refunds i havnt even shipped yet, once it gets delivered i get a refund correct? If so theres 2 tracking #s, or shipping labels for it then there needs to be 2 packages correct & 2 packages need to be marked as delivered correct? There will be 1 broken 1 in one box and the i put nothing in the box? If i do that then he will say he got nothing back then it will go back on me and i will get penalized correct?
The seller did 4 different labels for 2 packages i believe that is whats going on
im preety sure if u look at the 4 pics i sent it should clear up some quiestions

Correct. If you return 1 you will be refunded for 1. If you return 0 you will be refunded for 0. If you return 2 you will be refunded for 2.
There will be 1 broken 1 in one box and the i put nothing in the box?
Incorrect. Do not return an empty box.

Correct. It can open you up to penalties on the return, on your eBay account, and beyond if the seller reports you for postal fraud / theft. Really depends on the seller you're working with and what kind of action they may or may not take.
Paying postage due voluntarily was an error. I'm not going to rehash the coulda shoulda wouldas that have already been discussed. There's no way to get that postage due through the open eBay returns while complying with eBay policy, unless the seller decides to work it out with you. It's against the rules here for us to suggest anything that goes against eBay policy.

If the seller's return policy is that the buyer pay for the return cost,if the buyer start to return,he will have to paye for the shipping fee,so the buyer need to be attention about the return policy before place the order.Usually if the item is really bfoken and you can have offer the proof about it,normally the seller will refund you the broken item cost and you do not return it back any more.

You are right to say

There is something you are not comprehending.
If you paid to USPS postage due of $62 you will not be reimbursed by eBay.
You will not be reimbursed by USPS.
You will not be reimbursed by the seller unless the seller voluntarily reimburses you.
If you purchased too many return labels you have to cancel each label you didn't use.
