If I bought an item some time ago and it came incomplete, can I apply for a return if the supplier claims that everything was fine and the package was correct?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to open a case with ebay and 180 days from the date of payment to open a case with paypal. You may also have additional protection if you used a credit card. You can ignore what the seller is claiming and open a case.

ALL buyers need to read the Money Back Guarantee, preferably BEFORE bidding or buying, so that they will know what to do if/when an eBay transaction goes wrong.
