Feedback Format

Some time back the web designer changed the feedback form and when completing  feedback on multiple items it is confusing.  For the second time in the last few months I thought I was providing feedback for the item above or below the intended one. I feel bad about it and am contemplating abandoning all feedback input until some borders are created sepeerat9ing items on multiple lists.

Re: Feedback Format

I don't like it either.  I wait to give feedback until after buyer has had the item for a few days.  Now the page doesn't say whether the item was delivered.  It also doesn't remember previous phrasing for additional comments, requiring typing it out each time.

Re: Feedback Format

Once you complete feedback for 1 item and click on the link "PROVIDE MORE FEEDBACK" sometimes I have 8  or more, the format groups them continuously with no brackets etc and leaves you replying sometimes to the one above or below it.   Very confusing !

Re: Feedback Format

Copy/Paste has ALWAYS worked when leaving 'multiple' feedbacks

As a seller- 'AUTO' is best. Sellers have ENOUGH to do; why add one more thing?

Re: Feedback Format

You're missing the point. My complaint is to the eBay web developer that administered the form when you skip to the multiple feedback screen. But do you think you can call  and direct  their attention to the problem, ludicrous.

Sorry, YOU are missing the point. Leave it, don't leave it- nobody cares and NOBODY is going to CHANGE the 'newest' system in place. You either 'get used to it' or 'don't do it'.

Change is a CONSTANT here (and most changes are for no other reason than to help 'the new workers' keep their jobs).
