Error code: 70226

Hi, 

I'm trying to buy some skins for a game called Brawlhalla. All available items that are listed from different sellers return the following error: 

We are sorry, but the item you selected may not be purchased due to seller shipping restrictions or due to country-specific import/export or other relevant restrictions.

Error Code: 70226

 
I have a valid payment method. I've linked my paypal account with my ebay account. I haven't purchased anything in ebay since last year.  I've contacted all sellers and they told me other people are buying the digital goods just fine.

What I can do to fix this?

This in your message from Ebay is the reason.

Digital goods are not allowed to be sold on Ebay.  They must be sold in ebay Classifieds.
