You can go to the Help & Contact page and pop 'Notifications' into the search bar. It's all there. Good luck.

You shouldn't be using email for ebay transactions. Filter them out.
email is the best way to get spoofed.

Don't open them & just delete
Perhaps eBay will someday set up a new income stream where for a small monthly fee you can opt not to receive their spam.
