Custom Lists Missing?

I have several lists and just started a new one.  But I can't find anywhere that I can view the lists.  I use to be able to drop down the down arrow by Watchlist and see them but now that just takes me to a horizontal scroll of a small portion of the main Watchlist.  Where are the custom lists?  If I go to any product I can still add things to the lists...

Make sure you are actually starting on your Watch List page here:

The Watch List link that appears in the upper right of most eBay pages leads to a sidescrolling subset of the Watch List. From there you must use the "View all items you are watching" link to see the whole list and reach your other lists.

I followed your directions and it just take me to the main watchlist page...
