Hi dear please can you tell me why most of the products on eBay cannot be ship to my country which is Mauritius with postal code 71174.

Sellers may not want to ship to Mauritius, because of the distance, or they think your country is an African nation.  With international shipping times being interrupted by Covid, sellers may fear that they could end up having a package delayed for too long of a time, and have to refund the buyer.  The cost to ship packages may be too high for some sellers as well.

  Many sellers may not know  your country was an English colony until 1968, and may think it is an African nation, some of which have poor or corrupt postal and customs services, where items tend to disappear once they reach the country.
