Cancel return request

I filled a return and now want to cancel the return request, I followed prompts as more action then there isn’t a prompt under return details to close return request,,?

You would need to go into the return request to cancel it. Otherwise it will close on its own due to inactivity in around 20-30 days.

Cancel a return request

1. Go to your Purchase history and find the item.
2. From the More actions dropdown menu, select See request details and then Close your request.
3. Select your reason for closing the return from the dropdown, and add details if you want to.
4. Select Confirm.

No, not the prompts under More action. The link to Cancel return is usually on the return request itself. 

But you might have to look around, to try to find it. @mickey66.2013

If you can't close it, no worry. It will close on it's own in time.  The seller won't be charged for the return label if it's not used.    Buyers were closing cases when they should not have. Wonder if eBay has made it a bit harder to do that?
