I have two listings just sold through offers today-time May 5, 2023 at 1:54pm PDT
https://www.ebay.com/itm/204316378183
https://www.ebay.com/itm/204317218358
I set it to automatically accept offer at $19.99 and minimum offer to be $19.99.
A buyer placed two offers, and each to be $21.99.
I think the system should automatically prove the offer but the system sent me notifications instead. I think the delay of response might be a reason he did not pay for them.
I guess there is some glitch or something is wrong.
Thank you

Was anything written in the text box by the buyer? That prevents automatic acceptance so that the seller has the time to review it.

Thank you for replying. No, there is nothing written inside the text box. I think it might be a glitch.

If your automatic decline price is any offer lower than $19.99 and your minimum acceptance price is $19.99 any offer over $19.99 should be accepted. Though maybe setting the Auto accept price at $20.
"I think the system should automatically prove the offer but the system sent me notifications instead. I think the delay of response might be a reason he did not pay for them".
Do you mean "the system should automatically {approve} the offers". What did the notification message say? The answer to your problem might be in the message.
In looking at your listings. I see the same items are also in your sponsored listings, which means the buyer probably received a special offer notice with your 10% discount off the Buy It Now price of $29.99 because they opened the listings, and it confused them into thinking you had counter offered their $21.99 offer at a higher price and that is why they did not pay. Maybe they tried entering your code expecting a 10% off their offer price. Too many lures too close together confuses the fish.

Indeed, that was my setting. He offered at $21.99 but the offer was NOT automatically accepted. That is why I wrote this question at the beginning. But my other listings work fine.
