Opened Unpaid Item Case. No news from buyer or eBay. What next?

Buyer didn;t pay in 5 days, I have sent his 2 mails no response. Opened Unpaid Item Case on Jan 24. So far I have no news either from buyer or eBay. What can I do?

If buyer does not pay, after 4 days (to the minute) you can close the dispute, giving the buyer a strike, and you get your FVF refunded.  You can then relist or offer a Second Chance Offer (if the listing was an auction with multiple bidders).

You go to the case in the resolution center and close it. There will be a link. And FVF is final value fee - which is what you paid to ebay when the item sold. You will get that back.
