I received an email from eBay that this group would be shut down due to inactivity (60 days with no activity). I confess I don't come here much but I would kind of hate to see the group go away.

Anyone else?

That is a shame. I am always finding button collections at estate sales and thrift stores and with all the different varieties made through time it is helpful to know a little about them. I just joined and now it's a shame to find out that they would shut the group down. So sad.

With the new format and company they don't close the groups anymore for inactivity but because it is so hard to get in many people are not posting or looking anymore.

Another problem I am having is finding where the catagories of research, such as this newly-found group, are even located...We are all still learning where in the world Ebay has allocated the groups that were once so easy to find.

Hope they don't close down Groups just because no one has been able to get around...

I'll be back asap with questions and photos of my Mom's button collection, and hope for help; I don't know much about buttons...

I love buttons snd was glad to find this group, When i get tpp many i destash them through flockandgarden. I seriously hope this group stays open, i just bought the button button book on ebay that was recommendef here
