Suzanne: I believe there are new mother of pearl buttons being sold in yardgood stores but I have to wonder why you would want new ones when you can buy vintage at a fraction of the price of new? Check Collectibles: Vintage Sewing: Buttons category on eBay. There is a sub-catgory just for pearl/shell buttons, currently there are 245 ads for that type of button. There is another place you can find buttons on eBay under the Crafts category buried in there somewhere is a button listing area, just look around and good luck to you! -Carol C-
