Edward Gory - Paper Clip?

I bought a lot of paper clips from an auction of items from the Helen Pond and Herbert Senn collection (Eldreds) I kept a few and was listing others when I noticed the name Edward Gory etched/scratched  into the back of an odd clip consisting of a back plate of hunters & hunting dogs (Fox Hounds?) with the clip being an armour gauntlet.   The name makes the incongruous item more interesting to me.  Is this enough info to make it interesting to anyone else? Thanks!  Jane20180629_135549.jpg20180629_135656-1.jpg

Yes.
Mention it and add some money to it.

Gorey is much appreciated among collectors of vintage pulp fiction, Playboy, and paperback fiction.

I've sold ex-library paperbacks in the $10 range, and this was BT (Before Trump).

I would auction it, because this could generate some excitement. You don't want to see it snatched up in a hot second and regret it.

Thanks... It's listing later today so.  I will just repeat GOREY and berate my internal editor. Jane
