Book warp (I think) to book/text block of First edition, 1st printing, listed asFine in fine DJ HCDJ

Hello,

I recently purchased a first edition / first printing of a book. The book was published in 1979. It was listed as fine in fine DJ, but there is, what I believe to be warp to the book/text block. Should this book have been listed as fine or this problem addressed in the posting? Please see attached pictures.

As you say, the irregularity is with the text block not the covers, so I would probably say "near fine" for the book with notation that there is a mild wave or dip to text block.
