If you are returning something -- and it is not the seller's fault, you just do not want it --
must you ship it the same way the seller sent it?
For example, if the seller sent it Priority, must you return it by Priority?
If you are paying for the return shipping can you use Parcel Select or First Class, depending on the weight?
There can be quite a cost difference.

Any way you wish but must have tracking to prove your return to seller

If eBay issues the label through the Returns process, whether the seller or buyer is paying, the label will be a USPS First Class or Priority Return Service label at that discounted rate.
If you choose to buy your own label, it must have tracking. And it must reach the seller in a certain amount of time.
eBay has recently updated the timelines for MBG cases, but I don't know if that applies to remorse returns too.
