@rallydriv3r- you've landed on the U.S. site (ebay.com) in error - only U.S. sellers can print labels from the tool here.
Return to eBay Austria your home site - www.ebay.at

Perhaps notice that OP is from Austasia -- also not the correct country.
OP doesn't need labels from co's own country: See the last 2 words in the title?
DHL, FedEx, UPS for example will allow you to will allow you to --
"print shipping labels from another country" -- albeit at a high cost.
And if somehow you can open an account at another carrier website --
PartialFarce, Herpes, or Yokel for example, you can print labels from them.

@castlemagicmemories- no, I have it right.
There is no such website as www.ebay.au - did you try it?

OP is in Austria, not Australia. Different parts of the world.

@castlemagicmemories- just for a chuckle - I worked with a guy from Austria at my last job. He said that many, many times tourists would come to his country and ask where the kangaroos are, thinking they were in Australia. And he gave me this magnet:

And I probably would have been looking for them as well, LOL! I never realized how easy it would be to process Austria incorrectly like that~until I did it.

Excuse me but I checked and the OP is from austria. Castle was correct that the site they should be posting on is ebay.au.
Austrasia was a territory formed in the 6th century until the 8th century in France.
See folks - even some of us old people can remember our history!

ebay.au is the AUSTRALIAN eBay site.
ebay.at is the site for eBay AUSTRIA.
