have these 3 parts...how can i fit this head to this body...?

hi   got the  neck  knob  safely  out of  her head....dont see  how  these  can  all fit together  now

is  there another  neck knob i can  buy  that  would  work    with  this  head and body......preparing  for resale....thanks  all

ooops   broke  the  neck    knob..now i  have the head and  body only....

and  both  are  nice...  is  it  possible to attach  this head  to this body.....?
