any ID  on  this   1966  mattel    China   barbie   with   long  sparkling  strands  mixed  into  her   white  blond  hair....a  pink  streak  also...braided....?...she  twists...bends  legs  ...ansd   has   unusual  painties...embossed  ?

I don't know but I can tell you one thing for certain...that doll was not made in 1966 and it is not vintage.  The TNT waist was patented in 1966 so a lot of dolls have that date on them. True Vintage Barbies were all made in Japan.  NOT CHINA.
