Help with Barbie Identification

I found this doll at the thrift store for 99 cents and have been having trouble identifying her. She has purple and gold eyeshadow, a pinkish-red lip, blonde hair with iridescent tinsel and accessories. She had a gold/bronze necklace that has two stars and an anchor and gold star earrings. 

Markings:

Inside rim of head: Mattel Malaysia 1976

Lower Back: C Mattel INC. 1966 Malaysia

Any help would be greatly appreciated
