The manufacture date is 1965, #5022. The Barbie shown on the case is the Color Magic Barbie. I have not been able to find yellow either. 2 have sold here; one for $20 and the other $25. Hopefully, with the manufacture date and item #5022, you will have better luck finding information you need.
