Barbie ID ?

I found this poor Barbie at a goodwill outlet. I think she's a #3 but I'm not quite sure. It's hard to see the markings

I'm no expert, but if I had to guess, I'd say not a #3. If you look at pictures of #3 Barbies, they have a distinctive look. Look here for pictures and a description:
