zip code entry not working

In searching I find that I cannot enter a known valid zip code for the search radius.

What browser are you using? Try another to see if that makes any difference, particularly if you are using Safari.

Once you enter the ZIP code, are you using the arrow icon to apply the radius limit to your search results?

If for some reason the Item location search is not working from the search results page, you may be able to use the version on the Advanced Search page to narrow your search.

I have tried two different computers with two different browsers, two different keyboards,  two different operating systems, and different valid zip codes; all not able to enter the zip code on the main search field.  The result every time is "enter a valid zip code" .  I have reported this via an hour long session with an EBAY support person.  There was no resolution since the person could not duplicate the error.  TBD by EBAY support.
