recently i ooked at my lisitings and saw the view count, that was once in the hundreds, was back to zero.. i cannot find out any info on why this happened. has this happened to other sellers, and why?
eBay has recently changed the way that views are counted and displayed to sellers.
Certain types of views -- primarily those from bots -- are no longer counted. Instead of displaying the cumulative count, eBay now displays only the view count from the last thirty days by default. Some older views from just prior to the switchover to the new system may not have carried over properly.
