I don't know what the problem is. I have several shipments that did not arrive? Can you help me , Are there any problems with the application?? Or the title: How do I submit my problem to eBay?

Find those transactions in your Purchase History and verify that your correct shipping address appears in the order details for each.
If there is no tracking or tracking does not show progress in your direction, you can file an "item not received" case the day after the last estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. The seller will have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery or refund you. If the seller does not cooperate, at that point you can ask eBay to step in and refund you.
If tracking shows delivery but you do not receive anything, check with the shipping service to verify that the delivery was made to your own address. If not, follow up here for further instructions.
