stop automatic relisting

I've spent my precious time going thru all my active listings, un-checking the box on each listing that says it will be relisted.  I've also gone into all listings and used the stop automation rules, to check "no rule," per the directions on Ebay, but items stil get relisted.  I rarely relist unsold items, but choose to do so myself rather than paying the insertion fees Ebay charges for this automatic service.  This is a lot of trouble.  Not happy, and I've been using Ebay for 20 years with 100% positive feedback!
