small flat rate box

why when listing an article for sale.  In the shipping section, a small flat rate box isn't listed as an option for mailing?  Can anybody answer why, and if there is a way to list it can you tell me.  Thank you

They want to know if the package dimensions in your listings are within the maximum for USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Small Box of 8.6875"x 5.4375"x 1.75".

Thank you for bringing this up to Ebay.  I sell smaller pieces of jewelry and have used the small boxes and they have always been part of the option list on postage until recently.
