I sold a "lady headvase" to a buyer that told me she gave me a lower ($30 lower) bid because the head wasn't supposed to be the color gold.  She also pointed out to me that the scarf on it looked like it had been broken and fixed...but she still put a bid on it.  I examined it closer - and yes, I could see it had been glued.  (My pictures were of the actual item - and you could very clearly see that it was gold - and the scarf had been fixed).  I asked her if she would like to retract her bid - it would be ok with me.  She said no.  So, now she's received it, and is claiming that it wasn't as described - even though through ebay mail we discussed all of this and she still wanted it.  AND she expects me to pay to ship it back.  Ebay never sticks up for the buyer - no matter what...so I'm expecting I have to pay to ship it back.  Right??
