return/wrong address

I have a customer who waited till after I mailed the item to realize her address was wrong.  The item was delivered to ebay address on record and supposedly the item was returned in the mail. The customer is demanding I refund entire amount even though i havent received the item and i shouldnt be liable for original shipping. I agree to refund once i got item now they trying to go through ebay saying item wasn't delivered. The tracking showed it was delivered.  They think they are entitled to full refund via standard guarantee but why should i be penalized for their incompetetence on address.  I have told them i will refund their money once the item is received by me minus original shipping but thats not good enough and now they threatening to leave neg feedback.

return/wrong address

Repeat one more time that you shipped to the address they provided at checkout, but if the item is returned to you, you will refund the item price.

(The recipient of the package may or may not return it.)

If they keep sending the same message again and again, either don't respond, or respond be saying, "Refer to previous response."

If tracking shows delivery to the address in the order details, eBay will remove any negative feedback.
