A buyer messaged me wanted a partial refund, saying item does not match description, when I offered either 10% and keep the item or return full refund with her paying shipping, she declined and stated she wants a full refund including shipping and has now sent a return request thru Ebay.
Looking at her feedback, this is not the first time, what should I do?
Is it better to pay return shipping so she has to send back or chance Ebay stepping in and approving the return and them letting her keep the item.
Btw, I have blocked her from future purchases, I just need advise on how to handle the matter, these are the kind of buyers no one needs, also the total will be about $20It hurts ny feelings knowing that she will leave me negative feedback.
Thank you for any help/advise.

Ebay wants you to accept the return, send a return label, and refund when you got the item back.
If you don't, the buyer can ask eBay to step in. Ebay can refund the buyer without requiring the buyer to return the item. And you will receive a nasty defect.

Thanks, I figured it would be best to accept, it just bites that people lie and get their way, but at least if I pay for return she will not get to keep the item. Btw, I'm going to wait til last day to accept the return to drag it out. I do think carma will eventually find her since she is a seller and has done this to others, glad that you can block buyers now.
