If I list something as "no returns" "final sale"  why when buyer wants to return for full refund does Ebay deduct amount from my Paypal account?

I am listing items specifically with all information up front & have sold over 400 same items. I offered buyer a replacement and he is unreasonable.

So Why should I have to full refund if he damaged or no longer needs the item.
