@hamtech Go to the listing on a PC and clicking the shipping tab, does it ship to your location? If it does then there is a technical issue that the shipping is not showing correctly for offers.
If you accept the offer then the seller would need to send you an invoice with the shipping cost OR if they can't do that because of the offer error then they would have to create a new listing at the agreed-on amount.
