problem with return

i had called ebay support few days ago about a return and have not heard back from customer or ebay support

i shipped myself and when i tried to enter my tracking info i accidentally closed the case ...so i called ebay support they said would escalate to the back room to reopen he even said he seen tracking info i sent to seller ...now its saying i cant even appeal it because i closed it  case ....no reply back from seller guessing me hitting wrong button costs me $175....i have info were seller has received the return and everything ....can post it here not sure would help.....not very happy with sellers or ebay's customer support

thought by me shipping my self and picking up tab would speed up me getting replace part or refund now im out all the way around and still need the part with no money to buy replacement
