Where do I go to issue a partial refund to buyer on over paid shipping fees?

- Click on this link > Manage All Orders
- Then, look on the left by the order number and click on the down arrow.
- Click on Send Refund (it can be a partial or full refund).
- The refund will be deducted from your pending funds in managed payments.
- If you do not have enough funds within managed payments, the refund will be deducted from your checking account.
