odd wrong address

I haven't seen this one before. Buyer's address on ebay is

john doe

123 main street

acme supermarkets

pittsburgh PA  (zip code)

My understanding is the company name has to be the 2nd line in the address if there is one, same with an apartment number or suite or whatever. 3rd line is the street address, followed by the city/state/zip.

HTH did ebay allow that address in the system? I use pirateship, the company name didn't import into their system so I didn't ship it C/O acme supermarkets. It was delivered there last week but they never got it to the buyer and the company returned it to me by USPS yesterday. 

HTH do I handle this?

Go to the sold transaction and use the CONTACT BUYER Link. Let the buyer know the package was returned to you, undeliverable. If the buyer still wants the item, ask for his/her Paypal email address and send an Invoice for the reshipping. You can print the new shipping label using Paypal shipping. If the buyer no longer wants the item, you can refund item price only.
