Sold an item, shipped it, payout shows was supposed to be Feb 1. No holds, no chargebacks, nothing. Up until now , payouts have been quick and consistent. Now ?? anything going on that I should be concerned about? anyone else having payout issues also? Im halting listing items until things go back to "normal" unless problems getting payouts is the new norm?

Paid, pay out February 1. Then nothing. Next sale, paid, pay out. That one came through into my bank. We opened our own webpage, and are moving our product to Etsy. We can’t financially forecast if payments are irregular, and we have to deal with customer service over payments.

I'm sorry I can't offer more help - it is hard without being able to see what is in your payment account. Payments don't just disappear.

If you click on the order #, what does the payment status show? Like this -

If it shows available, it should have been included in your next payout.

Is it possible that it was picked up in the next payout, but offset by shipping costs for other orders? If you use fedex or ups, those are not billed until delivery, so there is a delay in the match of sales and shipping.

Have you tried looking at the details of the payouts after that payment was released?

I think it is worth your time to get comfortable with the payment flow and figure this one out. Once you do, I think you'll find the payment process is very straightforward.

The items you sell isn't really a good fit for Etsy, they are more vintage and crafty items.
